This was a great seminar with as always, very solid and very

Thanks so much for the continued good thoughts -- they are really very important, and we appreciate them.
Hmmm -- I sent that order form out over a week ago, so if it doesn't arrive in the next few days, we'll have to assume it's lost. I'll call you with the credit card number (not something it's good to have lost in the mail!!), and we can go from there.
