Some material regarding the ALIZE TIMMERMAN post-graduate homeopathic workshop in Bloomfield, Connecticut, May 16 - 20, 2007.
This is a workshop format seminar. A small and dedicated group will meet and reside together for 5 days to delve deeply into current issues within homeopathy. As always with Alize, there is a big emphasis on developmental issues; not just the development of a patient, a symptom, a homeopath, but also the development of homeopathy in general, and especially the development of the healing relationship. Content of this workshop will focus on the development of the relationship between women and men and their changing environment.
When humans developed from the stone age into the iron age, the magnesiums came into view. The lost land. The lost paradise. A split came into being between the woman and the man. The Anacardaceae come into the picture. It was a time when good and evil originates. The male and the female aspects came more into opposition. God and the devil originates then. This was the time when the fear of the devil and fear of the feminine arose.
Development continued to copper and then to the bronze age. During the copper age the copper development started: relations within families, between fathers and mothers and children, went through a revolutionary time. These relations got a different form. A lack of unity and love arose then.
Important healing remedies such as the cuprum group, arise in this time period. During this period, the periodic system was discovered. The systematic and analytical thinking arose. Scientific thinking became the established norm. During this time of many changes, there was also much transforming in the spiritual arena.
In this workshop we will go from the stone age, via Emerald and Rose Quartz, via the Magnesium group and the Anacardiacieae, via the Cuprum group, to the copper age. We will discuss the Materia medica of these groups.

There will also be a partial trituration, so that homeopaths can become more and more familiar with making remedies, and with learning how to use information which comes from the trituration process. There will be some explorations into Hellinger Constellation work, with a specific view as to how this work can be useful within homeopathy. Levels of healing and cure will continue to be explored.
