I have tried Thuja - up to 1M with father but just at 6c bd with the child
as I don't see him as Thuja constitutionally. I will have a reread of Nitric

When we have a choice of a few remedies , having understood the miasm
we want to treat, then we can use the constitution to help us with the
choice.

In miasmatic prescribing we need not consider constitution but instead
see what needs to be treated in the disease. Find a similimum for the
miasm . This is clear if we read Chronic disease but try reading all
of Ardavan's papers on Miasms and Approach to chronic disease on the

Dear Luise

After giving one or both of the 'wart ' remedies ( one by onee) for
the specific miasm in question then we can retake the case and give
what fits the person.(Giving a suitable gap between the remedies .)
I remember reading a small booklet ( I think it was written by JH
Clarke and was called The Prescriber ..these words were in the
preface..very blurred memory so not sure if it is right) where he said
at one point " When in doubt give Thuja".
That did not make sense at that time but it makes sense now but of
course all over generelizations are no true.

I would very much think of warts as part of the constitutional picture
(tho might or might not be the primary thing to lead to the remedy).
