aconite,Gelsimium,ingnasia,kalmia latifolia,mellefolium,olium
animale,phosphoric acid, sanguinaria,silicia,veratrum album have the
peculiarity of ameleration after urination.
Nothing has been mentioned other than ameleration of neck pain after
urination.It would always be better to acknowledge the other symptoms
for which totality can be drawn. However i'm presenting here the
peculiar symptoms of each medicine mentioned above for a clue.
Aconite----a peculiar thing about aconite is while the taste is bitter
to all the things,water becomes an exception.aconite and
stannum only have this peculiarity.(A.Pulford)
suddenness,Blood pressure, fear, anxiety.
Gelsemium----sensation as if heart would stop if she does not stop
moving.( Dr. Nash) weakness, incoordination, fear,
shivering.
Ignatia----Red face during chill.sadness with singing and empty feeling
stomach.Every time he stands still during a walk , he
coughs.sleep after each cough spell. to see moon breaking
through the trees breaks my heart.( Bellokossy).
contradiction in every symptom.
kalmia----in a recumbent posture the mental faculties and memory are
perfect but on every attempt to move result in vertigo
There is a peculiar feeling in the praecerdial region as if
every heart beat were strumming and as if it would burts
extending from the sternum to the heart.( H.A.Roberts.)Pains
radiate towards terminals.
mellefolium----haemorrhage without fever.(allen)
painless haemorrhoids
No anxiety during haemorrhage.
Vertigo when moving slowly but not when taking a
violent exercise.( allen)
oleum animale----symptoms worse between 2 to 9 pm. worse after eating.
bites cheeks after eating.
phosphoric acid---- sensation as if the bone had been stabbed by a
knife. biting of teeth in sleep. sensation as if
the bed were tilted on its edge and she was standing
on her head.
sanguinaria.----- sugar tastes bitter ( D.&De)
pain vanishes on being touched but reappears on other
parts of the body.
sanguinaria pain in the right arm can not move the
arm
feeling of hot water pouring from chest into abdomen.
emission of wind from the vegina.
silicia.----wakes up in the night during sleep walks around and again
sleeps.( allen)
deafness to the voice of human while he can hear all other
sounds.
excessive emaciation in the children.
Veratrum album----never speaks the truth. does not know herself what
she is doing.inverterate liar.coldness of the
vertex.spots of sweat on forehead.

This is where we can take a hint from Acupuncture.
Neck problems may be due to problems with the bladder meridian, thus
also with the bladder organ.
You might check on remedies having a strong connection with bladder
troubles, even though there may not be symptoms from the bladder.
