Pian in Spermatic cords

Hi,

A male patient has a pain in his spermatic cords, every time he has a sexual excitement, but without any relation to erection.

I did not find this in my rep (Radar 9.1).

Does anyone know if there exits a rubric like this in the repertory or in the MM:

Male genitalia - Pain - spermatic cords - sexual excitement, from ?
