Re: Potencies - Interview of Dr. Luc De Schepper
Just a few clarifications: Luc does not always use
LM's. Nor does he always use Split-dose. Nor does he
he use anything exclusively. The similimum is the
right rx. at the right potency, at the right dose.
These are determined by the first assesment of the
pt.'s overall sensitivity and then by the reaction to
the first dose. For Luc everything is sensitivity. And
LM's are a great way to deal w/ hypersensitives. (I
have also found them of great use in one-sided disease
states, especially when working through allopathic
meds, and when a state dictates that palliation is the
only possibility.) He has given a dose dry in many
cases, especially if there is no water! His time
working in S.E. Asia after the tsunami was riddled w/
problems of getting clean water. He will also recount
plenty of high C potency acute stories where there was
no time for a split dose and he gave it dry. There are
many instances where he will start w/ a 6C split dose
due to his trepidation regarding the pt's sensitivity,
especially advanced pathologies or M/E states that are
unstable.
As for his next seminar in Vegas, I hope to see
you there Sheri.
Peace and prosperity, Rik

Hi Rik,
Why would one-sided diseases be particularly appropriate for LMs?
Thanks,
Shannon

I would think it must be because one can repeat LMs to palliate
without aggravation...

Re: Potencies - Interview of Dr. Luc De Schepper
But palliation wouldn't be the goal--instead we want to "kickstart" the
reaction and bring out a fuller picture. I don't know why LMs would do
that more efficiently than Cs (whether high or low); but if palliation
is the best that can be done in a given situation, Cs can do that too.
I know that LMs are said to be more "repetition-friendly", but Cs in
water are equally so, aren't they? And as we've all heard
there's disagreement over the idea that there's any (or much) problem
with repeating low Cs anyway, and why would a one-sided disease be apt
to need more repetition anyway... I'm not trying to be argumentative,
just don't understand.
Best,
Shannon

Thanks Sheri--
But how would that be different from using Cs in water? I mean, what
would be the particular connection between "one-sided dx" and LMs?

Re: Potencies - Interview of Dr. Luc De Schepper
Shannon,
Other than subjective extrapolation, I don't have
an answer as to why LM's would have the affect they do
in one sided disease states. We could hypothesize that
when a disease state has destroyed something, i.e.
tissue or a gland, that the VF is in a particular
conundrum that reacts well to this particular potency.
I have seen it time and again work through many meds
at the end of life and still affect profound change,
i.e. palliation, i.e. calmness, tranquility, pain
relief etc. That is not to say that I have not also
seen this w/ C's. but just much less frequently.
Peace and prosperity, Rik

Okay, I can go with that. (Tho I was not associating "one-sided" with
anything to do with end-of life...)
Thanks!
