Help needed with Remedia order of Aug. 8, 2006

Hello Mona,
On Aug. 8 I ordered from Remedia thru their website. My order was 06/14582
Kundennummer 36684
The order was charged 20% surcharge with no explanation.
Please clarify this for me.
