Re: Off Topic: Alzheimer and Fruits
thanks Gaby. i wonder if it is the juices or the fact that
you can concentrate a higher amount of nutrients in a glass of
juice than eating solid food? they also dont mention what kind
of juice they are using--which particular food stuffs.

Re: Off Topic: Alzheimer and Fruits
sorry about the previousaborted post. new computer with a lightening
response to touch.
the url belw does not work either.
but the point was made that antioxidant phytochemicals from fruits and
vegetables can both
allay and ameliorate alzheimers. red delicious apples seem to help. and
much more information
on the use of natural nutrition is desired regarding ad.

Re: Off Topic: Alzheimer and Fruits
It is an interesting topic and akin to broad beans having a natural
form of L-dopa and therefore good for treating so called parkinson's
disease - we are what we eat and we need to know so much about good
and natural organic foods, best wishes, Joy

yes, what made me laugh is the idea of these pieces of research that this
is a new idea--food and health being intertwined. i have been laughing at
the idea that this research is promoting a novel idea for days.
