Dear Joy Lucas,

She is not thin, but she is not too fat also.
Yes she is hot and sweaty. But her anger and anxious state is prominent. She has full of nervous energy.She looks healthy.Which potency of Iodum do you prefer,too high or low? or in LM potency?
any preference of time,or season?She
cannot tolerate hot climate also.Will
anyone please advice me? Consider all the other symptoms of my letter.

Thank you very much for your suggestion &prescription.But do you kindly explain what is the reason for selecting these remedies?Do please anyone suggest a remedy with the aid of different repertories? I am waiting for the reply.Please kindly help me.
Did anyone has the cases of using Iodium in LM potencies? Did these medicine work in LM potencies?

I selected Iodum because from your description and what I know of this
remedy it fits the symptom picture very well. But I did repertorise your
case briefly as well. We have a fact:- goitre, r. side = just a few rx which
include Iodum and Lycopodium. Someone suggested Sepia - this is also
possible. But you are the person who knows this case and you should
