Your last line piqued my curiosity--what graphics are you appalled at?
The only graphics my version has are little illustrations for the
repertory chapter headings--Mind, Vertigo, Throat, Bladder, etc--is
that what you're referring to?

Yes. Chapter headings. Professional is not a term I would use.
And now that you mention it, a bit of sprucing up with graphics elsewhere would be enlivening. Why not?
