Scaly Skin on penis and Genital warts

Dear List Members,

I have been treating a man of about 40 Years who has had a history of candidial balanoposthisis since he was about 17 years old. He was on suppressive ointments and finally it has now converted into a scaly skin on his penis. He was prescribed Ars Iod 200 (four split doses) and it help him get rid of the scaly skin sometime in the year 2002. However now he has the attack again. I am enclosing pictures of his penis which show the unhealthy skin along with the scales. Also he has genital warts since he was 17 years old. The warts are under his prepuce and have not grown in size since then. I have had a close look under a magnifying glass and they appear as of a cauliflower shape, but very tiny. He claims that they itch sometimes. He has voluptuous itching on his scrotum at times.

Request help me to treat this case.
