Sinus Problem

Hi to very one in the group
i have a sinus problem and polyp also i am taking Kali Bic in morning
b4 eating once a day and after every meal Marum verum 30 five drops
and Lemna Minor 30 five drops
now my nose start flowing like water wt should i do Please advice
