Please Help!!!!

I am having some problem and I am hoping someone here can kindly
give me your advice. I have seen allopathic doctor but they have no
idea what is my problem. Basically, I am a 27 year old man who is
losing his manhood because of excessive masturbation over the past
decade. For the last 20-22 months, my genitals have started to
become smaller and smaller. The doctors have had my testosterone
checked and it is around 350 range and also had an ultrasound done.
Except for a hydrocele, they have found no problem. Both of my
testicles are a bit more than 2 inches long and are around 1.25 inch
wide. I know they are normal size but but they are getting softer
and softer and is getting smaller. My scrotum and penis is also
getting smaller. Today my scrotum has shrunk almost 80% and my
testicles have lost 20% of their size. I have contacted an
homeopathic doctor last year and he has prescribed the following
medicines:
Agnus Castus: 200 (1 dose every day)
Staphysagria: (1 dose everyday)
Damiana: 6 (1 dose eveyday)
Ignatia: 30 (1 dose evey night)
I noticed that after using the medicines for some time, I was having
this strong tingling feeling around my tailbone and lower part of my
penis area. I got scared and stopped taking the medicine and it
went away. I now understand that this may be a sign of the
medicines actually working. So should I start using the medicines
again or would you all recommend something else or do you all think
my testicles are dead?

Testosterone: 540 ng/dl (241-827 as normal in the scale range)
LH: 6.8mIU/mL (1.5-9.3 scale range)

Prolactin: 11.9 ng/mL (2.1-17.7scale range)
Date: April 10, 2005
Testosterone: 391 ng/dl (241-827 as normal in the scale range)
LH: 12.2mIU/mL (2.0-12.0 scale range)
FSH: 4.3 mIU/mL (1.0-8.0 scale range)
Prolactin: 18.7 ng/mL (3.41-30.96 scale range)

My family is planning to get me married and I am scared to tell
anyone about my problem!

advised should know about your state of fear. It seems highly likely
to me that your testicles are just fine. Be well and happy, Jean
