I think the remedy calc silico-fluorata is also known as Lapis
Albus. Clarke describes it in his Dictionary of Practical Materia
Medica as "found by Grauvogl in the mineral springs of
Gastein...These waters flow over gneiss formations into the valley
of the Achen, where goitre and cretinism abound". A few excerpts -
Has cured goitre, scrofulus glands, dysmenorrhoea, epithelioma,
Fibroma, pruritus, and carcinoma. Enlarged glands where there is a
degree of elasticity rather than stoney hardness. Leading
indications - burning, shooting, stinging pains: in pylorus; in
breasts and uterus. There is a bit more - nothing about mentals or
emotionals.
