my brain's gone(is) dead???

I had a new patient in this week with presenting complaint of acne on back and chest more than his face.The acne marks don't fade easily and although Dr AU Ramakrishnan suggested Bacc. when this is the case , having read the Rx I can't see a real reason for giving him this!! I am trying to find a constitutional remedy for him. He is very protective of his siblings and has been since his father left the family home. It is as if he felt he should take on the man of the house role. Now I'm sure that there is a remedy that might cover this that I have been taught but I can't think what it might be.

( I am actually thinking of giving the lad Thuja because of the fact that he hides facts he doesn't want people to know about , like his dyslexia and the fact that his dad left the family home. Coupled with that are warts symmetrically on the fleshy part of both forefingers. He has had a large wart on his left knee ( the second patient recently I have heard this symptom from) which has now gone.)
