Asthma-strange amelioration

Hi all
A patient, wish Bronchial asthma, says he feels better by standing upside down, during the asthmatic attack.
Please tell me the reference and the drug[s].

You could use the opposite such as standing > which could fit + 'bending forward'
+ 'position, change of body amel' + 'turning affected part >>'. I
imagine that feeling better by standing upside down is due to drainage
amelioration making this not such a strange rare and peculiar sx as it
might seem. If it is the case then 'difficult expectoration' could
describe the situation better. Perhaps you could could say why this
helps your client. The only time I have ever come across this sx was
with a client who had terrible toothache and it was the pressure that
was created in the mouth by standing virtually upside down that helped.
Belladonna was the rx then because belladonna has the modalities >>
leaning head against something and also > being turned the other way).
