Hi Anton,
I have been deleting the minutus messages for about a week now, as I am
swamped with unfinished projects over the holidays. This is the first
digest I have opened in awhile, and read with interest your interchange with
Joy on the subject of experienced vs. inexperienced members of the site.

I want to thank you for so clearly expressing your perspective, and hope you
won't retract too far or for too long, as your insights are valuable to
others.

I also hope that others quietly watching from the sidelines will be
emboldened to just jump in and speak out!
