Hello

If you suspect someone has had a stroke, ask them

Ask the individual to SMILE.
Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.
Ask the person to SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE coherently (e.g. "It is sunny out
today").

If they fail these, call for an ambulance. The quicker they are seen at the
emergency room, the more likely it is that they recover.

You may need to place them in the recovery position too.
