I am frequently surprised how rule bound and hung up on semantics some
homeopaths are. Some very clever people say dont give more than one
dose. Other very clever people say its OK to do so. I recommend
lightening up a bit and doing a bit of conscientous experimentation.
It can be very liberating and you will discover all sorts of amazing
things, some of which arent supposed to happen. Francisco Eizayaga,
after 45 years of scholarly practice pronounced that whether you give
one pill or 30 of a high potency will make little difference. The
people that criticise statements like that base their criticisms on
something they were told or read somewhere.

I have tried one dose, split dose, one a day for 3 days, tds for 2
days and more. There is very little if any difference imo. If
anything, a split dose lessens the likelihood of aggravation and being
antidoted eg in a smoker who lights up as soon as they leave the
consultation.

As previously mentioned B Digby claims to have remarkably better
results in clearing deep seated emotional and mentsl problems by
giving multiple doses. He has been seeing 40-60 patients a week for
nearly 25 years. That experience counts for something. Id put more
store in his views about repeated doses than someone who thinks it is
sacrilege because of their literal interpretation of something written
200 years ago.

Its just fine to be a strict Kentian, Classicist or Hahnemannian or
whatever. These are pure forms of homeopathy and I love them but lets
not preach about that of which we have no experience.
