Urticaria update

Hi Group,

The real subject must had been Urticaria/ dominator/Hysterical?

The same evening the pt has a very sudden attack of tiredness which she
describes as drowsiness when she was talking to her friends who had come
to see her as she was sick and till them also she was attending phones
which had come enquiring her. She got sudden tiredness and she tells
that she got drowse and called her brother but did not talk and her
friend when out to call her husband who had gone out just near by as she
was very much ok. so her brother had to come and take her to a clinic.

When the pt presented for medicine with the symptom i gave the pt
divided does of apis and of that 1 dose was given and had made her sit
there for half hr by then she was some 40% ok.

She had suddenly developed dysnea/ heaviness of chest and difficulty in
talking. And till them she had only the swelling and itching and so her
husband was going to go out for his work as she herself could have gone
to doc to take medicine, she approved that he can go but i thing the
symptoms was a reflection of her mind and she got this symptoms and in
the evening also he was not there gone out for a small walk. The next
day she has to attend some meeting or so ( she is secretive she only
told a function or say i had to go at a place, had gone to a place like
that) maybe the friends may have made fun that she will be itching
during the function and all not sure she developed the strange symptoms
when she was very much ok and also with her "friends" who are they all
she did not tell ie neighbours or members of her social service centre
or her relatives.

Earlier also i have felt that she have some strange hysterical symptoms.

I feel that she dominates mainly on ppl who will hear her or who are
poor than her family ( not her husband's but her brother's she is very
close to them) who are helplessly dependent on her - her father in law
's spinster sister is there she is old and is handicapped now this old
lady is so afraid of the pt that she baths only when the pt goes out for
her " Social activity"

I forgot the rubric but remember only two remedy Lyco and Lachesis.
