Below is the info I received back from Isaac.

The consititutional group included anyone who used specific modalities to
strengthen the general health of the child to provide immunity (as opposed
to disease-specific immunity). So would have inc hom , naturopathic,
nutritional , etc approaches (was not only hom). I didn't have detail to
subdivide into different sub-groups, and would have been a lot of
multi-modality use anyway
