nasty taste

I had a patient in this morning who told me that whenever she has a remedy it leaves a nasty taste in her mouth . She described it as "like you get when you are pregnant". It happens when she takes any Rx. Has anyone come across this before?

Here's just a bit:
TASTE; BLOODY; pregnancy, during (1) : zinc.
TASTE; METALLIC; pregnancy, during (1) : zinc.
TASTE; SOUR; pregnancy, during (3) : lac-ac., mag-c., ox-ac.

Maybe she'd be less bothered by water doses??

Thanks Shannon, water doses could be the way to go. However the nasty taste
doesn't seem to overly bother her especially as the Rx are doing the trick!!
