My daughter asked whether I could get some feedback and suggestions
for Remedies on this. (I don't pretend to know anything about animals)
If any more info is needed just ask and I'll get her response
thanks

Molly's Symptoms
18 months old, beautiful features, female tabby cat
Current presenting Symptoms:
Regularly scratches her face and neck just under her chin. Scratches
her cheeks where the whiskers come out until red and bloody.
Occasionally scratches inside ears, but not much. Sneezes
occasionally. When she scratches she doesn't stop even if it's
bleeding. Gets a temperature when she has self harmed her head, neck
area ( from scratching), shakes and shivers from temperature when she
lies down esp. back legs. A bit Underweight.. Lips often look a bit
swollen esp Top RHS. Wears a collar (padded to make it comfortable)
much of the time to stop her scratching, doesn't bother her she's
used to it. It;s taken off when her sore bits improve but she starts
it up again within a week or so and so it has to go back on.
History:
Wasn't kept in ideal situation from birth to 8 weeks - kept out
doors, no vaccines, fed cheap make of adult food only. Was riddled
with fleas when purchased. Lived in a house for first few months of
having her , lived in a flat since. Had teeth problems when milk
teeth fell out and new canines came through, lips swelled up and an
abscess looking thing formed above left canine that has antibiotics
often (4 or 5 times) in the first year. Allergic to one type of
antibiotic cream ( projectile vomited and vomiting and no eating for
one week after first dose ). Used to get very out of breath , having
top lie down and panting strongly, after chasing and jumping after a
string being pulled around. Not so bad now, but doesn't chase so
crazily as used to.. gets flea treatment once a month since 9 weeks
old. Been wormed once. Microchip put in neck 9 weeks old. Might have
started scratching after the microchip was put in. Still scratches
when not having the flea treatment (through the cold months). Comes
on heat quite often but so far no record kept of how often.
Character:
Loves company , very social cat and very vocal when greeting people
and happy playing noises, but not vocal when wanting anything.e.g.
being let out of room, wanting food (never begs for food). Slightly
timid when taking food if it's not placed in her bowl. Very brave
and inquisitive in many respects despite seeming quite timid on the
surface about new things ( going outside of new large items brought
into Flat. Really Doesn't seem to mind fireworks at all, in fact
seems to enjoy watching them.
Good paw/eye co-ordination skills, catches flies mid-flight between
two front paws. Loves looking up to the ceiling and putting her head
through lampshapes. Loves getting into shoppinbg baskets ( or any
basket) or bag and being swung back and forth - purrs loudly). Loves
sitting on typist chair and being twirled round, purrs loudly and
rubs her chin on the chair and on the hand doing the twirling.. oves
to be high up, sleeps in a hammock made from the curtains folded over
andf hung, or ina basket on a high window sill. Always cathing bugs,
insects etcv if up high, not so interested if they are on the ground.
Eats them.
Appetite:
Does not eat very much at all, is fed roughly 50g of dry 'Hills
Science Plan' once daily but is usually a small hand-full left in the
bowl each morning from the day before. Eats very small quantities at
time. Doesn't particularly like 'treats' ( any), or cat milk, or
normal milk, only real treat she likes is tinned tuna
