glaucoma

I have my own thoughts on what may be suitable remedy for this patient but would appreciate input of Any thoughts please on remedies to suit glaucoma - only symptoms patient has are

eyeballs hard when touched
sensation of pressure bheind eyes
right side happened first and feels worst
'nerve' pain in tissue around eye- short, sharp lasts a few seconds - best descriptioin was 'neuralgic pain'
worse when had been doing situps for a couple of weeks
at same time when doing situps there is a build up of pressure in the vertex
sleep - can take 2 hrs to get to sleep mind racing from one thing to another emphasis on regrets from the past then sleep 4-5 hours only
cold sores on lips
grief over partner's death 2 yers ago - talks to him dialy and feels like weeping lthough does not always
Very strict about how sho does things-very much control of self- drives self - sense of guilt - watches every bite of food although does have very slight coffee as loves it.
build slim - very - but still wants to lose a little
fear of cancer
plpiations but tells them mentlaly to go awy an they do
