Mm, I'll have to try that! Do you soak first, if so how long, and how
long to let them sprout?

Dear Shannon, I tend to soak first because the seeds are quite hard
(best for all hard seeds). Fenugreek has quite a punch to it being
spicy and if you like the spicy sprout seeds try some of the oriental
seeds such as mizuna, mitsuba, tatsoi, the mustards - all fabulous and
the radishes are quite spicy too. Best wishes, Joy
