Xanthelasma is not a common condition and so you would not get any
direct hit mostly in any reference. As with treating any pathology -
you are better off prescribing on the overall symptomatic picture.
Since it is associated with lipidemia - any medicine that works for
lipidemias should be considered.Cholesterinum, Graph, Hepar, Calc,
Causticum, Thuja come to mind. Nit acid, Nux vom etc. also which
have problems with lipid metabolism. Calc.fl, Kali.mur etc. also

You might want to refer to tumors of eyelids and might something
there. Tarsal tumors, sebaceous cysts of eyes, scabs etc. Boericke
has a good list of remedies. You might want to consider how the

Xanthelasma is a small part of a big picture. Any recommendation
given for a pathology or is found in the repertory under a
pathological condition is only a vague pointer. We cannot go by that
alone. So even if you do not get any other input from here take the
case the standard way and work from there. That is the way even
gall stones, renal stones etc. get removed even if the simillimum in
those cases has never cured a case like that before.
I have never treated Xanthelasma before.

Thankyou for your thoughts.

xanthelasma is over both eyes and small under each eye towards nose - they
are yellowish and soft
patient has no other symptoms except being tired and developing fat on
abdomen- history of gallstones at age 12
patient has been under a lot of stress for years.
Xanthelasma developed slowly over last 5 years or so from left side first to
right above eyes then right to left below eyes.
Patient responds well to puls and staph at other times
In general is emotionally flexiable- at worst time will feel fear of being
alone and tendency to cry a little - puls switches back to a balance then.
Tenedncy to feel a sense of hopelessness they say
only other symptom is vague feeling of getting puffed easily on major
exertion.

I will look at your suggestions and if you would like to add any other
comments I would be pleased to consider them
