Andy says I can answer this mail for him, as he is not online at the moment and I am.
Andy apologises for leading you on an interminable wild goose chase due to the inadvertent error
which he regrets by calling triticum vulgare, 'triticale' vulgare. It must have been Andy's
misapprehended recollection of a popular brekky cereal he once ate that led to this error. He trusts
that no homoeopath will ever make this mistake again after this extended explanation.

And now, to the answer:

Triticum vulgare, is common wheat. If you put in a search for Triticum instead of Triticale you will
find this

Triticum vulgare

Synonyms:

Triticum aestivum var. muticum; Triticum hybernum; Triticum muticum; Triticum sativum
Common names:
Bread wheat; Common wheat; Wheat
The reference for the rubrics Andy sent is

I seems that this is a new proving added to the latest Synthesis 9.1.
Triticale is the common name for Triticosecale, a cross between wheat and rye as you found.

Now that is truly wonderful! I have been wishing for information
about a proving of good ol' plain wheat! (Was it one of those posts
that Andy's was in response to? I don't even know...) Anyway, tell
