Dear Joy,
Personally, I would see this as a NWBS case (head injury) and start with
clearing that one with the obvious remedy, Natrum Sulphuricum in high
potency single dose.
The second paragraph of the case is screaming for this.

Dear Fee,
The first question to be considering is whether the head injury is
still relevant to the case.
Secondly I am curious about the enlarged internal organs. I know this
can happen with other bone marrow diseases such as amyloidosis but can
you say more about this in connection with thrombocythaemia (also a
bone marrow condition).
Thirdly I would suggest that your supervisor should have given you a
much fuller case and they should be understanding how important that is
even when discussing just one aspect of a case. Why not get them to
post more details
Finally, being a bone marrow disease this means there is an intimate
relationship to the spleen and I think remedies that have an affinity
to the spleen such as ceanothus, ferrum, helianthus, polygonum etc
might be worth studying. But more details please. Best wishes, Joy
