Digest Number 332

Post by Hompierre »

I'll second Melanie. As homeopaths we do not have any need to butt head or
prove to anybody who does not "believe" in homeopathy. I don't "believe" in
medicine and so what? Either way does not matter. Us against them is far too
unproductive and confrontational. All that matters is that people have a
choice and that that choice be made legal. There is nothing at this time more
important, this is where homeopaths should focus their energy.

I really like this attitude. too often i feel people are on the defensive. here in nys there is a patient's bill of rights that is being promoted. this important piece of legislation legalizes patient choice for various holisitic modalities, homeopathy being one of them. it seems to me we should be more independent of allopathic challenges in the way we answer their criticisms or challenges.
