Dear All,
All homeopaths world wide are requested to react to the news item in the
lancet condemning homeopathy. Not because we are intolerant of any
criticism. But on the contrary this totally outrageous attack is aimed
knowing well that we are the most tolerant and abusing that quality the
intended people are aiming to degrade the system slowly but steadily.
Don't laugh it off. If we will not to react to it now and proper sure this
will escalate to never before heights.
Please understand that offence is the best defence if the attack will do
harm to us.
Write to local media about it. Use all your influence to get a counter
propaganda. Tell your patients about it. Discuss in local groups.
One drop of water from each one of us will create an ocean which will wash
this away.
With regards,
Dr. Abdul Gafar.

Re: The Lancet News, reg:
yes, i agree. it seems that the British powers that be are pushing for a
campaign against homeopathy. i see this linked to big money support behind
the Codex Alimentarius. to succeed in their goals, big pharma needs to
be rid of their most successful competition and that includes homeopathy.
what succeeds in Britain will surely be pushed in the USA and Canada.
the CAFTA treaty recently voted by Congress specifically calls for full
support of the Codex and the WTO. This creates a major end run around
american FDA regulations that legitimatize herbs and vitamins and homepathy.
we are in serious trouble folks, and none of this should be taken lightly.

And yet, replies from "my senators" assured me that CAFTA does not
place "our dietary supplements" (homeopathy was not mentioned there) in
any jeopardy, and that CODEX restrictions do not supersede US ones. I
wish I could believe that, but I can't imagine either that the US
would/could go merrily on its way in this area, nor that those in power
at present in the US would *want* to do so. Since they are so
obviously aligned with pharmaceutical interests in any case.
