Virus?

I keep gettigng different versions of this WITH an attachment - there
have been different version s asking me for case supervision, and the
first one seemed to be addressed to me personally etc
I have not been stoopid enough to open the attachment - I recommend
caution if anyone else gets one.
I suspect someone in the know, with a grudge against Homeopathy
