bread mold - antidote?

I can't find this on google -- my son just ate some moldy bread. Does
he need to take an antidote of some kind? Many thanks. Margaret in Boston

How old is he and how much did he eat?
How old/mouldy was the bread?

Dear margaret:
If he doesn't have any symptoms of intoxication, then his life force
is strong enough to eliminate any bad effects on its own. I wouldn't
worry.
