hi everyone

need your suggestions please.i have a case of 26
yr.old female,married for 1yr.she has been diagnosed
with pco.she came to me with complaints of 2mnts
ammennorhoea.

she had the menarche at the age of 15yrs & had
irregular periods since then.her periods had been
delayed since then sometimes for 2mnts sometimes 3
&4mnts as well.so she had been taken hormonal tablets
to get her peroids.she has just stopped her tabs 2mnts
back.

there is presence of facial hair.she is fat&stout.ht
his about 5"2.craving for sweets&oily food is 3marks.

no breast symptoms in relation with menses.she just
gets irritable &angry before menses.feels lighter
after menses.menses when they come after 2-3mnts with
the tabs then they are clotted.no peculiar smell with
the menstrual blood.no other signs & symptoms

perspiration-back,face &head but only if she goes out
in the sun.no aversions.

sleep is good.sleeps on the abdomen with legs folded
on the side.

recently since a wk has lft knee pain.

There are really not enough details below to come up with a constitutional remedy as this is what works best. I have had a few cases where homeopathy has got the menses back but no cases in which the excess hair has improved. Do remember it usually takes a couple of months for homeopathy to influence the menses in my experience.
