Imbalance / Vertigo / Lightheadedness - HELP

Dear All,

I strongly need some help. I hv been on homoeopathic
medicines for 1 yr now to treat my symptoms below (
Started with Vestibular Neuronitis and now its there
permenantly ). I hv not managed to find the similimum.
Can anyone help me...guide me to my similimum ?

Please , I am really suffering. I will not hold you
responsible for any suggestions you make. I just need
names of remedies...I hv been on many ... but doesn't
really help. Before taking them , I will certainly
consult a physician. I just need to know , what is
your opinion. You are welcomed to write to me in
person if you have further quiries.

With help fm my physician we hv narrowed it down to
some remedies. But I need your sincere feedback.
I am young and I have this problem. It effects my
whole life / socially etc. Only Homoeopathy can save
me...MRI , MRA , CT all clear. Itz a balance organ
functional disorder.

Symptoms:
1. Ear, noises, ringing, left.
2. Extremities, inflammation, foot, heel. (Tendonitis)
3. Generalities, heat, flushes of
( Sweating : Heat makes my condition worse
especially around a huge crowd )
4. Generalities, numbness, weakness, left half of
body.
5. Genitalia, male, swelling, scrotum, inflammatory.
(Right)
6. Vertigo, anxiety, during.
7. Vertigo, dark room, on entering.
(Darkness makes it worse)
8. Vertigo, left, swaying toward.
9. Vertigo, rising, after.
10. Vision, sparks
( I see sparks only when I strain myself
physically, or when I laugh out loud )

Some other Symptomps / Considerations :
1) Dizziness/Imbalance worse on movement of my head …
2) Dizziness/Imbalance worse after rising
3) Dizziness/Imbalance worse while walking
4) Dizziness/Imbalance worse while laughing out loud
5) Dizziness/Imbalance worse after meditation
6) Fatigue / Sleepy all day long
7) Face is Pale always
8) Eyes dry
9) There is fullness in the left ear
10)Maybe the term Vertigo should be replaced by
Dizziness / Imbalance.
11) Maybe Vertigo, left, swaying toward. should be
something like Vertigo , swaying , on the boat
feeling , imbalance of body

Considerations :
1) Maybe Vertigo, left, swaying toward should be
something like Dizziness , Imbalance ,
Lightheadedness , swaying , on the boat feeling ,
with affinity to fall towards the left. Which
actually means the same thing.

2) Body reaction to remedy could be slow - require
drainage?

4) ** INTERESTING FACT**
Strong connection with Hyperinsulinism / IR ?
( I am also taking Diabheal a few times a week for
this ) After hyperinsulinism attacks , I use to feel
similar type dizziness for a few days. Then my balance
becomes totally normal. But this dizziness (for the
past 1 yr) that I have just came on its own...maybe a
by-product of IR. Only God knows...

5) Mind :
- Fear or getting disease/attacks again , Fear of loss

of job ( reasonably significant fear) ,
- Fear of Snakes , Fear of Ghosts ( Not significant
fear )
Plz help me. Anyone to just give a suggestion on
remedy ? Methodology ? Etc.
I am desperate. Alopathy sincerely can't do much.
Your help will be very much appreciated.

You don't say why you haven't visited a homeopath??
Does your physician influence you here, are there none in your area etc

for over 1 yr now. Nothing works....doesn't improve.
And there are limited Homeopaths where I come from.

So I need Minutus to help me...Thats all I ask.
At least some Remedies that they think may
cure/improve
my condition. Thats all. Maybe I have already taken
them. But I just need opinions whether I am on the
right track. Its one year now !!!!!

Persistant Dizziness/Vertigo...is really an extremely
disturbing condition.

There is a saying in the Alopathic ENT Textbooks which
qoutes " Vertigo to a patient is as if it is the end
of the world , and if it is not , he wishes that it
was ".

Chronic cases reuire a professional.

One of the homeopath's used by our little sanctuary
sometimes recommends gemmotherapy for chronic/stubborn
cases and I have to admit that it has made the
difference in several cases.
