New here and want to learn

Hi, I am Heidi,48 yrs old. I have COPD,asthma,sleep apnea,pots,
(nuerological condition),weight gain. I had congestive heart failure
in Feb. I want to learn what to do for myself. Western doctors are
killing me with their medicines.
I am having praticular difficulty with lungs. I have a lung pocket
wikth an infection in it and my copd is not under control. I was on
steroids and gained 78lbs in 4 months on them.
I hope someone can help me.
