thankyou

Re: typhoid malaria
Just out of interest, will he be vaccinated before he goes? I have a personal reason for wanting to know.

Re: typhoid malaria
Certain partsof the African continent have Falciparum Malaria - really nasty - so he must take anti-malarial treatment in some form - I usually use China Sulph 6 daily for 6 days per week, and malaria nosode 30 on the 7th day. ALthough I have never had a problem withthis regime, it is not 100% guaranteed - and I have a colleague who came back very ill with Falciparum. The best thing is to be really careful about preventing bites in the first place - cover up during peak biting times - towards dusk, and overnight, use a mosquito net over the whole bed, wear dark coloured clothing rahter than light bright colours - the insects are attracted by the latter. Then there are other considerations - the diarrhoeas - cholera and typhoid - you can take the nosode of each of these in 30c weekly. Hepatitis A and B may also be prevalent. basically it is advisable to take a good kit of remedies to cover most emergencies.
For more information I suggest loking at Colin Lessells "World Travellers Guide to Homeopathy"
