I goofed - we all do

I guess we've all been there.

What is teh next step is:
Wait for the antibiotic course to complete.
FInd out what the residual symptom picture is taking all the
concomittants into account.
HAve the constitutional remedy ready.

FInd out what is indicated as first prescription - the consitutional
or the intercurrent or acutely indicated remedy. SUlphur is a very
good first intercurrent after antibiotics especially if most of the
residual symptoms point to it.

Premature pains are always a sign that we need to be careful with
prescirptions. They may be precipitated by infection as well. The
contactions and modalities (concomittants) have to be covered by the
indicated remedy if it is similimum.
A partial remedy would cause more generalised infection (like this
case) or may have precipitated premature labour.

IN general the best thing in all situations is to have the indicated
constitutional remedy alreay worked out and helping (otherwise don't
prescribe for someone during pregnancy) - it is a good antidote and
makes the acute picture more clear. It is also the best remedy during
pregnancy for general health, as long as the constitutional
indications have not changed.
