help needed.. whilte discoloration of external female genitalia

Hi Group.
myself shelly... I've recently finished my medical studies and have established my own clinic few months back... I'm writing to this group as I need help in one of my cases....

This patient is a 35 yr old female... she's having pale (almost white) discoloration of clitoris, vaginal orifice and adjoin mucus membrane... her clitoris is also a bit elongated and its tip is blackish while rest of it is white.... she's having this complain since last 8 yrs.. she experiences itching at that place and have been applying allopathic ointments on it since long....
no other symptoms... no marked mentals.... no pain during coition just thin whitish leukorrhoea...

I know its hard to prescribe a homoeopathic remedy like this with so less information.. but I would request you experienced homeopaths to guide me... about the rubrics I should look for...

from my side, I've started her treatment with Sulphur 200 one dose on the basis of chronicity of the case and use of allopathic suppressive ointments on the affected area....

i would really appreciate any suggestions given
