I just got a very strange e-mail, and wonder whether anyone has any
thoughts, or had a similar thing happen?
First oddity is the message:
*****************
Hello,
First, Very Sorry for my bad English.
Someone is sending your private e-mails on my address.
It's probably an e-mail provider error!
At time, I've got over 10 mails on my account, but the recipient are
you.
I have copied all the mail text in the windows text-editor for you &
zipped then.
Make sure, that this mails don't come in my mail-box again.
bye [[and an icon for an attachment, titled "your text.zip(72.0 KB)"]]
****************
Second oddity: the "To" line carries not my address, but this:
User@relhubc02-ukbr.tcrelay.net
Why/how would it come to me, with what appears to be somebody else's
address? (I don't know if they are also that "somebody else's"
e-mails; I haven't opened the zip file, due to a neurosis about whether
it's "real" or viral... Can a Zi[p file carry a nasty?)
This probably has nothing to do with the list, but does anyone have any
ideas?
Thanks!
Shannon

circumstance!

Okay, I won't! (Another triumph of rational paranoia...)
For curiosity, did yours also come to you via someone else's address,
or do you have any idea how that happens?
