Seizures come every three months or so and last for two or three weeks leaving the patient extremely prostrated.
Attack preceded by shrieking.
During the attacks: Sudden complete loss of consciousness, great sleepiness, clenched hands, set jaws, frothing at the mouth, eyes turned upwards to right, inability to swallow, blue face, cold body, symptoms of suffocation, cyanosis, diminished action of the heart, pulse almost imperceptible.
After the attack: Great exhaustion, and aversion to all work, mental and physical.
