Dear Therasa
Good news.
Pls consider using Puls LM01 rather than 200

Re: online case TL/Nov.02
I suppose I need to learn more about LM's.
I was thinking that the 30c didn't hold... why would an LM01?
I will get some in the meantime so she will have it on hand.

Re: online case TL/Nov.02
LMs are completely different to C potencies.
They allow you to repeat often and the gentle increase in potency by
succussion before each dose allow the patient to make a gentle improvement.
You can also repeat frequently if the case demands it - but the beauty of it
is that no two doses are the same in potency and if the pt inadvertently
does something to counter the remedy the next dose will restart the case for
you.

Please explain more your choice of using LM's in this case. I don't mean
that I want to know about LM's or how they work - just your choice of using
them in this individual case, as oppsed to 200c.
Best wishes, Joy

Re: online case TL/Nov.02
I prefer patient management by LMs.
There is something going on if 200C does not last but a few days.
If the LM does not hold either then most probably Puls is not right.
If Puls is right and some kind of anti-doting is going on, then it is easier
to blast through the whole lot of them by LMs.
Some people do multiple treatments at the same time. I know in one case of
cough my remedy was not holding and this was a puzzle. I made some deep
enquiries with the mum to ask if the child was being given any treatment
other than Hom. After some time she said, Oh my mum has put a bag of
camphor around his neck to help the cough!
Off came the bag of camphor and he recovered inside 48 hours!!
Good healing

Dear Soroush, patient management, as you call it, should include
indivualisation of the potency as much as the chosen Rx. Why have
preferences. The potency should suit the situation. Also if a 200c is not
holding after a few days there is probably NOTHING going on and the remedy
should be changed. This child has had a number of doses of Puls - an
assessment is now required as to the correctness of the Rx. I am not
entirely sure about your thoughts on antidoting and using LM.s but I do
agree that antidoting could still be going on. I also feel that apart from
Rx antidoting each other in certain Rx relationships that Homeopathy isn't
that fragile - I like to think that the simillimum will cut through,
remedies that are close but not close enough will not.
Best wishes, Joy

Re: online case TL/Nov.02
I understand your point about individualisation of the remedy potency .
However, what I found is that Hn's 'perfected method' cuts through this
worry to a greater degree and give the Homoeopath and pat more control of
the case. I even think it empowers the patient.
