This is from a caller that maybe will be a patient of mine:
When she was 9, she had heart surgery because of (probably) a little 'hole
in her heart' (somewhere) and 'narrowing' (or some such) of her lung
arteries.
When she was 18, she started having an accelarated pulse (about 130/min),
paroxysmal. This was said to be caused by scar tissue as a result of her
heart surgery 9 years back.
This scar tissue was burned away twice, with temporary relief. Now she is
42, '130/min' is coming back every 1, 2 or 3 weeks, and she needs
cardioversion to get this speeding heart back to normal again.
During these tachycardia's she is very weak, feeling like having flushes,
and since burning away scar tissue again is said not to be an option,
corderone is said to be her only alternative. She wants to know if anything
else could be done.
Simple approach: grade (her) scar tissue remedies (very) high.
Less simple: why would scar tissue be the issue if it seems to be causing no
problems during those 1 or 2 weeks in between??
Standard: just take the case
Any wise words on this would be most welcome.

The scar tissue would act as a local "irritant" that by itself would not
provoke the arrhythmia but added to another minor one (nervousness, small
electrolyte imbalance, whatever....) would then trigger the situation.
One of my patients (referred by a colleague homeopath) presented with a
similar but spontaneous situation; it was labelled atrial fibrillation by
the cardiologist but when reviewing his ECG, there was no AF but an uncommon
but not rare condition called Wolf Parkinson White, where an abnormal
conduction circuit exists between the atrium and the ventricle. The previous
homeopath did a complete perfect job on the "full case" but it did not
prevent recurrences of the arrhythmia, so I just repertorised the arrhythmia
with a SRP "polyuria during/after palpitations" leading to only one remedy =
Coffea; on a daily LM3, for the last 4 months the patient did not have a
single attack and is very happy...........
So that is one approach........you could also consider/add the usual scar
tissue remedies........and search/remove any other cause.
