Ho Brenda
Have you any idea how to dilute it as this child is only 10 weeks old. Is there a goats milk formula?

I do know that Mum is burping her child enough. She is a professional nursery nurse anyway so if she doesn't know how to look after a child.......... Fennel tea is another thing which may be worth trying. Thanks.

We can't buy all the cell salts together in UK only separately!!! At least I have never seen it.

Thanks for your 2 posts Barbara. I don't know anything about the birth until I see them tomorrow. I think I would want to see a greenish stool to give Chamomilla in potency. But maybe the tea???

If the >>> in the evening is a reliable sx and if you believe the causation
partly to be artificial baby food, then I would be looking at Alumina =
constriction of the oesophagus causing lots of pain and an inability to eat;
has the curious >>> evening etc.

Hi

Re Cham., I was thinking about

Knerr
PAIN: SCREAMS OUT. 0>1>1

with which Coloc also shares a similar rubric. [Green stools do
not have to be present to prescribe if you have other indications
which fit.] What seems to be characteristic is the 'reaction' of the
baby.

The tea from the herbs you would not give in tincture: Chamomilla, Althea in
this case.......

Thanks for that Joy.

The state of play is today that Mum has managed to see her doctor who has got her an appointment with a local paediatrician on Wednesday. Mum decided to take the child off all his medication (except the Gaviscon ) as she looked up the medication he was on after I expressed my concerns. They are still coming to see me tomorrow but I will not be prescribing until after they have seen the paediatrician. dad wants a scan to make sure that there is nothing mechanically wrong. Well he can hope for a scan but fat chance via our National Health Service!!

I also found out some more interesting facts from Dad tonight on the phone. Mum during her pregnancy was found to have Factor 5 blood and was given injections of Fragmin (similar to Heparin) for the majority of the pregnancy and also after it after she had chest pain and a possible clot on the lung. Apparently her Mum has had a DVT .

The baby at the birth presented face down but towards Mums back and was twisted to get him out. This tallies with the report from the osteopath.

The baby wriggles so much in his sleep that before they go to bed his parents find him down the wrong end of the bed and facing the wrong way. he constantly wriggles and moves his legs up and down and turns himself around. Once moved back he tend to stay there on his back. He wakes in the morning is a very good mood and 1/2 hour later gets whingey for his milk. Before he was taken to hospital his milk formula was changed to a thicker one and after a week of it he got a bad rash and stopped feeding. At this point he was taken to the hospital where they put him back on the original milk, Cow and Gate Premium which he seems to enjoy. After his morning bottle he goes the longest time (an hour) before starting to scream. His subsequent feeds appear to comfort him for a little while. Mum only breast fed for a day because the child was so hungry said Dad . I make no comment!!!

Rochelle
