Email is so handy and deceptively dangerous. Press the send button and no matter what you wrote in the privacy of your own room, it is out there for the world to see. I like that frank "out there" aspect of email. It's so cleansing. However both my eyes and my finger tips burn when I read the hot headed results (that I fully share
( ) Glad if we can be our own editors. The Buddha had 3 criterion for speaking: 1.) Truth. 2.) The truth will help the listener; 3.) Now is the best time and place to say it. The wisdom of speaking and the wisdom of email must be the same. Except the time and place criterion are not so clear and as a result, our awareness must be even clearer.
