Can anyone tell me when to use the following rubrics in Kent's repertory. What actually they mean and their difference.

1.. Chapter mind, Plans, making many (page 69)
2.. Chapter mind, Theorizing (page 87)
3.. Chapter mind, Thoughts profound (page 88)
4.. Chapter mind, Dreams, as if in a (page 37)
5.. Chapter mind, Fancies, absorbed in (page 41)
6.. Chapter mind, Ideas abundant, clearness of mind (page 52)
