The following is my experience.

Tuberculinum:
Generally as an intercurrent in tuberculoid patients as well actual PT and
Primary Complex.
Intercurrent in chronic cough (may or may not be tuberculoid).
Children with appetite problems and marasmus. (may be sub clinical PC)
Also for quickly getting the fever under control if selected one's fail,
esp. for PUO. (Sulph. and Ars. iod. also helps occasionally).

Bacillinum:
Gives excellent results for skin complaints esp. fungal. Ring worm and
Pitiriasis.
Useful in respiratory infections; stubborn ones with mucous and rattling.
