Dear Friends,
Regarding defending homeopathy in Barrett's group: I wonder what is the
point? Barrett is someone who has had a vehement agenda against homeopathy
for many years, and it seems others in the group share his stance. It seems
there is a vested interest in remaining closed and adversarial. It's one
thing to offer information when openness and interest are expressed, but
when their expressed attitude drips with condescension and disrespect, my
instinct is to stay well removed. That kind of negativity can be corrosive
and down-pulling. It is so rude to dismiss Betty's long message, saying it
is not worth commenting on! I mean, really! A little courtesy and human
decency never hurts anyone!
