Hey Simon,

I want to make sure you got my reply to your last?
Today's update, I'm feeling more "normal" again--a little heel soreness, a
little (very faint) foot burning, M/E okay, not quite as unfocussed. But I
guess not too much else to say right now... Anyway, I mainly just wanted to
make sure you'd gotten my reply, tho obviously there's no hurry in
responding.

Bizarre! that turned up very late, apology already made, was a auto
