Update on my Mother - heading towards cure it seems!!!

Post by Shannon Nelson »

Hi Sheri,

What a *beautiful* progress!!!
To me, the fact that she is needing so much repetition and such a quick
climb in potency makes me think (hesitantly) that you may wind up needing to
change the remedy in the not-too-distant future. My (unstudied and
definitely uncertain) thought would be to look at Med (close relationship to
thuja etc.) and also maybe other members of the (I think it's) Conifer
family (if that is in fact thuja's family?). At a recent (wonderful!)
conference Will Taylor talked about using plant family relationships as one
possible means of solving an un-straightforward case, or where the
apparently indicated remedy has not worked as expected. He talked about
limits to the "family" approach, and how in some families there is huge
diversity and "family analysis" would be difficult (we can all think of some
human families like that!), while in other families the resemblance between
members is very great. Apparently the conifers are one of the latter, and
he remarked that whenever a case reps to thuja is will also consider the
possibility that another conifer may be needed. (And of course there are
other sorts of "relationships" that might be more useful in a given case!)

My notes are in the Computer Hospital at the moment, but this is what I
remember. (Maybe someone else can add more?)

*Good* for you, and may it keep getting better!!!

Dear Sheri, I wouldn't be doubting the remedy at this stage but as you have
already suggested there might be a need to experiment with potency 10m, CM,
LM's etc if necessary

As I am sure you know Thuja has a delusion of someone calling and an
impulse about jumping from windows which give a hint about 'being at the
edge' and this is strengthened by a 'sensation as if under the influence of
a superior power' and a 'sensation as if a strange person were at her side'
(maybe who she was talking too all this time). Probably just needs more
time.

BTW Lyc is related to Thuja.

Excellent news and so pleased she is feeling better.

Best wishes, Joy

Hi all,
on September 18, I posted some info on my mother (not a complete case),
just to see if anything struck anyone......ideas of remedies to look at.

edited...

She said she still 'felt on the edge' and still
felt fragile, but not going over the edge. She uses the words 'the edge',
over the line, over the hill a lot.

She feels she might get her life back, but
she is nervous. She does feel the edge - she says 'its right there'.
Although that is better too. She is impatient and wants to be all better.

So, I would like to see the 'edge' be gone. But waiting and hoping
time............but may need 10M.

So again, thanks to all so much who tried to help and give me food for
thought, places to look, things to consider.

Any thoughts or comments?
