My butterfly mind or bird brain drives me crazy and probably difficult for
family. Last year I used Limentus, I was a bit preoccupied by finding and
planting butterfly attracting shrubs, and other butterfly symbols seemed to
be around. One thing it helped immediately was an irritation below right
lateral lower lid. It was quite annoying. It did not help my chest infection
much but I did feel a bit lighter. I think Tuberculin is my main remedy.
Since a very long drive sitting on a cushion ­I am short-I have had
stiffness lower back and pain sharp in hips and going down leg mostly right
and sometimes L , pains flitting around. Particularly bad yesterday when
this eyelid problem re-emerged. A repeat dose Limentus has helped
considerably. I know it is very inadvisable to treat oneself and I use far
too many remedies. I think there are so many layers . The other day had
the thought that in making a tasty meal one does best if one can, often
intuitively, use combinations of herbs ,spices and ingredients. Perhaps just
trying to excuse myself. No one ingredient would achieve desired result. I
suppose though the real challenge is to stay well and make the decisions one
needs to make, Jean
